Starting my course at university, I found a new love for VFX. I have always been into animation & compositing however I have never stretched from a 2D scene even when 3D would have been a more applicable option. I have had Blender & Cinema 4D installed for a while now but I have never really had the motivation to take the first step into this new learning journey.

Below is just about everything I have created so far from basic 3D models to short animations all created in Blender.

Although the final outcomes seem pretty complex, they are just the result of some helpful tutorials and a lot of basic techniques combined to make one high standard outcome.
All of the video loops created in the section were made using Blender 2.8 which is a massive upgrade from 2.79, especially for beginners. The new Eevee render-engine also allows for a much quicker workflow as you can see the finished outcome at every stage of your process without having to render or export anything.
